Today, Konami announced beat gather U is now available on Japanese Android devices for free, following the release of beat gather on iOS earlier in 2012. beat gather is a rhythm game that lets players use their own music library to create finger-tapping levels and share them with the world. The gameplay of beat gather is simple. As songs play, notes fall towards a line on the screen, and you tap the line on the spot where the note falls, at the moment it touches the line. It’s basically Guitar Hero or Rock Band with your fingers instead of a large guitar attachment. This is how most iOS music games work.
