I'm always creating new sandwiches that are edible, and end up tasting really good. Here are a few ideas:

Lobster meat sandwich = I bolillo (sp?) or baquette, that kind of shaped bread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, imitation lobster meat, and a light dressing, such as balsamic viniagrette. If you like them, you can have black olives as well.

OR

Thinly sliced chicken breast, grilled (if you have a George Foreman grill, use it), lettuce, tomato, black olive, cucumber, green pepper (optional). You can use plain mustard and mayo if that tickles your fancy.

If I seem a bit fancy, I am becoming a bit of a foodie.
