The only problem I've had with this mix is that the balsamic vinegar get drip a bit. But it's worth it.
Oh, that sandwich idea sounds delicious.

Plus, I don't like how balsamic vinegar dressing drips, so what I do is pour onto the bread, and use a spoon to spread it, kinda like mayo or something. That way it shouldn't drip. But don't use too much, or else it'll make the bread easy to tear.
