Also, here's another one of my sandwiches:
-Sourdough bread
-FRESH mozzerella, sliced (that shredded stuff is good, but doesn't substitute well here)
-Balsamic Vinegar dressing
-Baby Spinach leaves (or lettuce, if you want the crunch)
-Tomato slices
-Chunks o' chicken, preferably grilled.
The only problem I've had with this mix is that the balsamic vinegar get drip a bit. But it's worth it. |
Oh, that sandwich idea sounds delicious.
Plus, I don't like how balsamic vinegar dressing drips, so what I do is pour onto the bread, and use a spoon to spread it, kinda like mayo or something. That way it shouldn't drip. But don't use too much, or else it'll make the bread easy to tear.
