Hm, really? I hadn't heard of that, but I might not have read the new rules carefully enough. Yeah, you're probably right if that's the case (it really doesn't make any sense to only let one entry through if the divisions' finals are separate), so I'll wait to hear from BlueSS on that...

I dunno about having separate divisions for the finals in general, tho. It works in DDR, but for ITG/KB I would assume the results would just be the same again, right?
