When I first saw the ad for this show,I had to take a second look because it reminded me of an ad I had seen for Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi.
I like it because, there's a good very original storyline,strong character development. And the fact they take the time out to do research on actual martial arts when they animate the fighting sequences. Plus the art is a treat to watch. And the fact that it's in a distinct anime style clinches it for me.
It's not a top priority on my TV list. But with a lot of other American anime ripoff's out there, this one stands out for me. |
