OK I think I get it now. So these CVS builds aren't alphas. And alphas are stable.
But someone (I think Takuya) said that the "huge changes between alphas" scared him. So that he wouldn't theme for 4.0 until RC1.
I don't like waiting for RC1

But it will be fun when RC1 comes, because then I can use GROOVE 2.3!! Ohhhh YESSSSS!!!!
