You might need a vitamin or two in order to get yourself energized, but you definitely need a banana or something. That energy drink by Arizona tea helps me too. Never eat anything too rich, because that will put you to sleep immediately. I know that if you want to have high metabolism, you should eat more smaller meals throughout the day. Hope this helps.
