- Multivitamins couldn't hurt, for one.
- Small portions for meals with snacks in-between (bananas, orange, trail mix, granola) keeps you energized without filling you like a balloon.
- Along with those small snacks, plenty of water, especially while you're on your bike.
- Veggies also would help, but if it's too much, a side salad with dinner is just fine. No one's close to perfect.
