Actually, they can hurt;
vitamins A, E, K, and a few others, are not water soluble.
meaning, you go over 100% on them, you're talking mild sickness if done repeatedly over a week or so, you go over 500% like most multivitamins do every day (some even go up into the 1,000% range), you're talking anything from sickness to hospital visit.
People have died from overdosing on vitamin A :x
one thing though i'd look for is omega 3; you will find that in salmon primarily (gorton's salmon filets are wild so they're good and healthy and have a ton of omega 3), along with the actual oil/seed extract of omega 3.
omega 3 is basically equal to oil for your car, except for your body; getting around 800mg to 1.5g (any more than that starts to become harmful) is speculated (from tests, although FDA hasn't confirmed it yet) to improve;
-heart
-liver
-brain
-blood vessels
-circulation
-bones
-flexbility
etc.
and if you don't believe me, consider this; i stopped eating fast food and ate two filets (there's two to a box) every day; i can now do fascination maxx 25 times in a row, without being tired. :O
