fruit and lots of it. Fresh(or as close as can be) is excelent in my opinion. But hmmm, if you do have a high metabolism go with grazing through out the day. or just have a light dinner and breakfast and have a giant lunch! I've heard that thats the best way to do it for energy usage. also just change your diet every once in a while. Break away from the everyday sort of stuff and for some reason that also helps.
