It seems like they patched it then. I'll have to check it out sometime later next week to do a confirmation. I might be wrong, but from my experience, that's not supposed to happen.
*edit*: Ok, I've checked the HZD status. It seems complicated. When there are no notes within the judgement area, and you pick, it is in Light Mode. However, if there is a note (including the one you have just picked) within the judgement area and you happen to produce an extra pick, it will be considered a MISS.
