Default GF-DM-KM Codes - updated for GF/DM V

GUITAR FREAKS - taken directly from Konami's GF/DM Gateway.
Note: There are probably codes that are not shown on the website (especially for 5th, 6th and 7th Mix).
Just try out already listed codes to see if they work; this list is more than enough.
NO, I'm NOT token whoring.
Any REAL mistakes (meaning, I've listed something differently from the website), PM me.

ADDENUM: If you have too many commands on, most versions of Guitar Freaks (I believe 2nd Mix and later), if you want to cancel ALL commands, difficulties, and modes, just hit the guitar pick 8x and you'll hear a confirmation noise. You'll be back at all default settings (Basic/Normal, 1x, no mods) and will have to set your settings back up again.

Additionally, if you have e-Amusement enabled on your machine, your mods can be saved if you use the configuration menu before you go into the Mode Select screen.

GF Legend:
R - Red button.
G - Green button.
B - Blue button.
P - Picking lever. The thing you strum.
Start - Start button. On the machine, not on the guitar.
Effector - Effector button. The round thing near the base of the guitar.
