That's a program that adds "ruby text" (
furigana) to the top of kanji. The furigana is the pronunciation of the kanji. If you have Rikaichan, you really shouldn't need this - after all, it is a program you have to install, and copy-pasting the text into AT and then finding out what the pronunciation actually means is quite slow compared to a hoverbox which has all the information already.
In short, skip that one. :P
