I love my mom's homemade beef gyoza. Seriously, they're amazing (especially when I help to mince up all the greens really small; I hate huge chunks of something mixed in). But if for some reason you ever go to Japan, look for a franchise restaurant called Oh Sho. Seriously, they're known for their gyoza throughout Japan. I believe it was every Tuesday, but they have a special deal (I think it was like one serving of six for about $1.50 versus the regular of a little under $4.00 in Yen).
P.S. When I first saw the thread's name, I thought it was a thread in FB because I thought I missed an episode of Drawn Together or something.
