But what you did say carries a valid point. The only problem is that somebody who sees a LOT of problems with a chart is not going to be overly encouraged to state what worked. I think this was a rule in place already (no unsubstantial public reviews) but I dunno whether it was efficiently enforced; I wasn't paying attention.
