I bought a Pump It Up USB pad (1st edition) from goodollpunk. goodollpunk packaged the item well and made sure to give me the tracking number for the package too. The pad was as described and wrapped to the point where it was almost "too" protected!
goodollpunk also was willing to include the USB->PS/2 converter with no additional charge.
