In Stepmania 3.9rc3 or any Theme that has marathon capability played on Stepmania CVS, the *100.0 in the first modifier makes the reverse happen 100 times faster than default [basically an INSTANT reverse mod], this can also make mod effects slower, like the Scan2 Mod in ITG2's Driven [which is just a slow version of 200% centered].

just because I want really cool people to exploit the CVS system more, some effects are really bizzare;

400% or higher mini makes the notes larger [didnt think this was possible before], but behaves like flip even though the arrow positions are still the same.

Stealth and 100% or higher decellerate makes the notes behave like a boomerang, except OVER the target arrows [didnt know that notes in stealth could be hit while visible and above the target arrows].

any percent of blink does nothing 0_o

any percent of stealth higher than 100% does nothing 0_o

400% or higher accelerate [correct me on this; im not sure if this is the right vaule] makes the notes come near the target arrows, then drop back to the bottom, and slowly scroll upwards until zooming past the target arrows [kind of like a really evil wave mod].
