 Add a Scam Topic in the Graveyard

We should try putting a scam topic in the Graveyard and edit them like this one shown at Fraudwatchers, telling the people viewing them that they are lies. All they want to do is to steal our money. Why they are doing this, I have no idea. http://fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4609
