Yay, Oregon! If you live anywhere near Portland, it's alright...but if you live on the opposite side of the state in a pathetic excuse for a city called Ontario, then it mostly sucks. There's only 1 arcade here (at the bowling alley, no less...I'm surprised it's still running (the arcade, I mean)) and there's nothing good in it. It's basically comprised entirely of crappy 2D fighters, the typical gunslingers (yet no House of the Dead! WTF?!), ticket games (nothing good for prizes either), and some other assorted crap. I think I remember there being a shmup or two, but they're long gone now. I want to get out of here and move to Portland, but I'm hella broke at the moment, so that's not exactly an option right now... |
