Extra Rush is a bit like a time-release system for e-amusement machines. After a certain amount of time (synched with other machines in one server, I think), the rush level increases.
Higher extra rush levels mean: (of course, for card users, I guess)
- More available encore stages. Their requirements depend on the e-amusement level. See voiddd's wiki and other sources for more details.
- New unlocks. As said, songs like over there and Micro fin are unlocked automatically depending on the extra rush level.
Extra rush level increases through time. I don't know the rate at which it increases, so don't ask me regarding that.
