I know there is a DDR Extreme machine in a Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, Canada. I think it was four tokens per play, but I don't remember the token prices are. If I recall, you do not fail when your dance gauge to zero except for the last stage, or something like that.
