Wouldn't both of those things raise the bar at least a little? Something tells me that when you are good at this and you are complimented, or even get neutral feedback, then you are more likely to work on new things. And if you suck, then you'll get bad comments/ratings on a general basis and either quit filling these servers with trash (oh my GOD) or start figuring out how to make good sims.
