Yes, Guitar Freaks V2 was down when I was there on December 29. Unfortunately, I don't live in the in the area (I was actually on vacation in Los Angeles with my family - my home and my college are both in Illinois). So, as of two days ago, it was down, but you will have to ask someone else (or check yourself) if you want a more recent update.
