Great condition. Unsure of unlocks, this is the first PIU machine I've ever played on. Got my attention, though. (edit: Also noted is that it's Zero in an... Exceed, I think, cabinet. So the image blows on some songs, since it's trying to project onto a narrower monitor, it seems like, than it should.)

Complete PIU newbie here: The machine is the kind with the big projection screen. The pads are fine on the left, but I'm not sure about the right side. The bars are very loose but still usable.
Note about the pads: Fine for me was trying to pass songs on crazy, so I'm not sure if they'd be wore for NM
The atmosphere is great, there are cool people there too. Most people are surprised if you know how to play, so gove them a show
There's also a GENUINE DDR Machine there. GREAT condition and it has memory card slots

The left pad's upper right corner rarely works. It might for the first song, but on the next two, it's useless. This sadly also applies to double play. You might pass, but it's taking a chance. Right pad works like a charm.
The sound is nice, but it's also right between a very loud Time Crisis 3 and a Need For Speed.
