Question A small question about .lrc files.

I'm fixing up one of my already-submitted simfiles, and I thought I might add the lyrics to make it a bit better. I read the stickies and didn't see anything about .lrc's, so I hope it's ok to ask this here. Here are the lyrics to another song for an example of my question.

[COLOUR]0xFFFFFF
[0:00.20]1! 2! 3-2-1! (uh!)
[0:03.10]
[0:12.70]1-2, 1-2, 1-2, 1-2
[0:15.20]2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
[0:16.50]3-2-1! (uh!)

(Cut off for space)

Now, I'm pretty sure I have the right tools to determine where certain lyrics go at a certain time, but I was wondering about the color. The color is 0xFFFFFF.

1) How am I supposed to know what color that is before actually looking at it in the simfile?

2) How am I supposed to know what the codes for different colors are?

If this is a stupid question, sorry, I'm just new at the whole .lrc thing, and wanted to make sure I know everything about it.
