Full CPS2 B board kits in stock. They have a bunch of other stuff as well. A little pricey, but I was happy. I only have bought MVS kits from them though.

I'd get in your phone book and try to look up any arcade distributors for Naomi. That or coinopexpress has a bunch of the software. You gotta order a min. amount though.
