With my legs crossed. I'm 6' 3" so my arms are much level with the keys. I need to figure something else out though, like getting a stand for it. I used to play exclusively in the arcade, and I'm used to the controller being below my hands, not level. If I play on my knees I'm way to high compared to the controller, only my fingertips barely touch.
