I think it's happened to me at least once, now that I gave this some more thought.
Back in December, I received an infraction. For some strange reason, the PM notification didn't go through. I don't know if that has stopped due to the forum for infractions and warnings being made public, but in any case, I didn't get any PM telling me of this.
Administrators: would any of you mind giving me an infraction and then reversing it? As an experiment, to see if a PM of it goes through? |
