There simply isn't a way... too bad most of the world is immune to the "don't be a douchebag" policy.
As far as the theme thing goes, Beta60 is the best, hands down... most efficient theme ever... coupled with SM3.5 it is capable of recreating almost all of the crazy modifier madness that the actual machine can with no trouble at all and it shows all of the information that one could possibly hope for at the end of the song. It will even go ahead and outright say even that you were on 1x with standard arrow skin (which can be changed anyways, so that's a good thing).
