JPS2s don't need any special converter to be used in the US...to deactivate the DMS3 you put the PS2 into standby mode (red LED on the reset button) and turn the PS2 on by holding the eject button; continue holding it for about 5 seconds.
The laser works fine as far as I can tell. I've never had problems loading any type of media. The PS2 is a V9 so it's not very old. |
