I noticed 3 songs on my copy of Happy Sky dont work either, either they freeze before the notes load, or the music cuts out mimd-song:

J-EUROBEAT 月光 Tatsh feat. 星野奏子
INSTRUMENTAL airflow Mr.T
LOUNGE HOUSE SWEET LAB DJ SIMON

I don't know why either.

Oh and I;m using CogSwapLoader also to load it (Independence PS2 Exploit).
