I'm not exactly a writer, but I have a idea. Charmy works at a pizza shop hence the 5th mix outfit. You could maybe make some of the other characters stop by the pizza shop for a bite to eat and she could be their rollerblade waitress. Astro is a real cop although not a space cop. The whole space outfits has to do with their cosplay hobby; Charmy makes all the outfits.
I cant really think of a way to tie in Astro unless he's patrolling around the area.
