well I've never participated in any leagues or anything of the sort, however, I know plenty about Pokémon, and league rules. Generally Wobuffet is banned from everything completely for being the cheap bitch he is. Many legends are allowed, because they are no better than other Pokémon, there are even legends who are not used because they are trash, like articuno or entei. However, Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Kyogre, Groudon, Ho Oh, Lugia, and some of the new ones, like dialgia and palkia or whatever there english names are, that are considered unfair for normal league play. Latios/Latias also fit that category, even without soul dew. I just play for fun, have 25 level 100 Pokémon, and haven't played competatively, but I'd like to. Anyways, aside from that, any other Pokémon should be fine. the legendary trio's really aren't better than other Pokémon, just because there stat total is high, doesn't make them good. Bad move pools also matter, that's why arcanine sucks, he has a huge stat total but terrible moves.

Anyways I'm gonna transfer some of my level 100s that are ev trained, most with exceptional iv's to d/p, some of them are legends, some aren't: Mewtwo, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Dragonite x2(different stats) salamence, tyranitar, blissey, venusaur, ludicolo, registeel, kingdra, lapras, alakazam, slaking, and there are more I just don't remember them all. I legitamately leveled them all without duping or use of gameshark, and I got lugia through Pokémon XD. Anyways I've done enough talking.
