Well as i listen to all of the songs and the games, there are many different artists with unique styles. This topic isnt meant to offend we just all have different musical tastes and im curious to see what all people love and hate with the beatmania and ddr artists. With out futher a do:

dj taka (what can i say hes the man!!!)
tatsh (came outta nowhere and gave us the best music in beatmania iidx??)
naoki (some of his stuff isnt so good but i am a fan of fascination max and max 300. Hope too see unlimited on iidx maybe as #15's extra stage song?)
osama kubota (its like dj takas music except he doesnt have the fat beats)

slake (holy crap! this is bad! they call it music?)
taq (hes music is too noisy)
teranoid (ditto wat the heck is it suposed to be music? this dude CANT make music. I think his stuff is prettty bad. I mean gigadelic on Red sounds like a knife)
kors k (sig sig makes me want to puke)
dj remo con (one for time for the bad bad song??)
ryu<> (i would rahter jump off a bridge than listen to starmine for the 2rd time. btw that's suposed to be a star next to ryu.)
sota fujamori (wow this dude is like slakes brother)
good cool (this is like the stuff my parents listened to 50 yearsago CHECKIN YOU ALL NIGHT LOONG)
akira yamoka (well I just think lionsucki and stuff could yuse some home improvements, maybe he should ask the guy accross the fence?)
dj wac (holy jesus christ listen to spica and regulus and over the clouds need i say more? not 1 good song from this musician?)

I dont know enough about the other ones. except the singers, I love beforu and berocku and Meg and them. Riyu Kosaki is great stuff too.
