Favourite Artists
Akira Yamaoka - I like the industrial influence that permeates a lot of his songs. That comes out really well in iFUTURELIST, Lion Suki and in INJECTION OF LOVE. He's a really good composer, though his Silent Hill stuff is just astronomical.
TaQ - I think it took the silliness of QQQ to change my mind on TaQ since I always thought he was a bit... limited in terms of what compositions he did for IIDX. But hey, I'm a TaQ fan through and through now. (Oh, and stoic helped to change my mind too. )
good-cool - It's hard to find someone who can do something like VJ Army. His music is wonderful stuff to trip out to. Oh, and I find his songs are the few ones that actually use the scratch as an actual scratch!
dj TAKA - V. 'nuff said.
NAOKI - I see this guy trashed on a daily basis and it breaks my heart. ;~; But I respect Naoki like whoa because of his unique style of blending rock and dance music. Not to mention that jun and him make the most awesome pair as TERRA.
jun - One of my absolute favourite vocalists in bemani, her compositions are very happy and energetic and I find they're always a good counterbalance to a lot of the heavy stuff that's on IIDX. Not to mention TERRA = WIN!
Osamu Kubota - The man is a genius. IIDX needs more classical based composers like him!
L.E.D. - I really pray that he moves to the AC sound team and that Tatsh moves to the CS sound team because it's hard to find good trance and L.E.D. delivers the best trance in the whole game. He needs more love.
Y&Co. - Daisuke made me laugh. A lot. Because of the video. I love the music though. His music is actually very good to parapara with so yes, moar Y&Co.
DJ Yoshitaka - I didn't know that Yoshitaka was hellagood with the guitar until I heard CaptivAte ~Sabaki~. Then I just went "DAMN! He can scratch and shred."
TOMOSUKE - I find that I want to dance to all of TOMOSUKE's songs. It's a shame that he's more for pop'n than IIDX.
Sota Fujimori - He is on crack, seriously. (Case point 100% minimoo-G with no measures.) But that's why I love him - he's a self-proclaimed synth junkie.
wac - murmur twins and Piano Concerto No 1 ANTI ARES really did it for me. I really like how he incorporates really fun sounds into a lot of of his songs. (Okay, for ANTI-ARES it was more of the awesome piano.)
Ryu* - Sugary happy hardcore for the win! The same reason I like him is the same reason I like jun - his music provides good counterbalance for the normally heavy trance that's on IIDX. Oh, and waxing and wanding is pure gold. (Despite the very annoying voice, I think that's part of the charm of it.)
teranoid - Regardless of whether teranoid is a chick or not, the music he/she/they composes is actually quite interesting. I'd never listen for gabba if it weren't for teranoid.
Asaki - He's probably jun's male equivalent. He can sing, he can compose - he is a visual kei rocker and he's just all sorts of awesome.
Mutsuhiko Izumi - This man is godly on the guitar.
Jin Senbonmatsu - Not as godly as Izumi, but still a very good composer.

Okay Artists
Des-ROW - The Des-ROW songs I've heard are okay, but I haven't heard enough of them to make a decision on them.
SLAKE - BLCOKS, lol. A bit too messy for my tastes.
kors k - He's... okay. I mean, I liked SigSig but I don't like him as much as Ryu*.
Kozo Nakamura - Don't like him as much as Izumi.
Jimmy Weckl - Need to hear more of this guy. D: But he's okay.

Artists I could care less about
Tatsh - Very hit or miss artist for me, even more so than any others.
Miyuki Kunitake - She can be annoying, she can be fine.
Reo Nagumo - Urgh. Can't stand him.

That's all for me at the moment.

Will pay good money for a DDRX2 poster/archstand.
