When I owned Keyboardmania it didn't come with a stand, just the things you mentioned earlier, except mine were fastened on a piece of cardboard.
It can indeed be used with a drummania stand. I had both at the time at one point ages ago and it was neat (as in interesting. Never really played using the stand). |
