It's not really something I can ruin/spoil for you. It just ENDS. In the middle of book #7(literally). They didn't have enough money to fund it apparently. There are 20 volumes of the manga. 19 released in the US so far.
The real ending of the manga is kind of depressing, but I won't spoil it.
