Check the master songlist at
Pump Haven. It has all the difficulties(on the crazy NX scale at least), and some info on World Tours.
The WT section isn't perfect(doesn't say the unlocks, or the specific requirements), but you can figure that the last song in a mission is probably what you unlock if it's a new song.
