6th style? You mean the game where he had made more or less a rearranged Tangerine Stream and the overplayed Colors? His only good standalone song in that song (which excludes Summer Vacation, as great as a song it is) was Nemesis.
4th and 5th style Taka was great. Absolute, Flowers for Albion, Small Waves, Abyss, Final Countdown, V...I'll take these songs any day over the generic music he wrote in 9th and beyond.
Hiroshi Watanabe was great. Only he could make Love So Groovy sound like a real song. s.d.z. is severly underrated IMO. |
