They're onomatopoeia.
Barabara (balabala) means scattered, disperse, loose, disconnected, in pieces, in drops, rustling.
Giragira means glare, dazzle. *so lifted those out of the dictionary*
So BALA≠BALAなオモイひとつに夢をいうカタチに would mean something like "The scattered feeling that shapes my dream" while GIRA=GIRAと胸のどこかで is something like "The dazzling that comes from my chest." (Those are wrong because I just plucked those phrases without translating them in context.  )
