I just wanted to point out that Meowth (at least on the TV series) can speak fluently and in full sentences. Also, some pokémon don't speak at all, but talk with their minds (Mew/Mewtwo).

I don't really see what the problem is, since there is a similar topic in general discussion. I know why you would want to have one on your regional board, since some of the music you listen to, people from USA like me have probably never heard of it. Either that or you just want the topic to be in Spanish which I can also understand. I don't see how it's tokenwhoring since you'd be posting about the topic when you post what song you are listening to, as long as, like your rule states, you don't post more than once in a row.
