Uh, your best bet would be to just read about tweens and whatnot and just mess around with the program. Like with any program, its hard to teach someone how to create something without letting them mess around with the tools first.
Flash CS3 makes it a lot easier to do certain things with animation, so I'd check that out if you can ahold of it. |
