edit: Nevermind about 麻雀格闘倶楽部特別接続曲（麻雀格闘倶楽部 ) apparently it translates to Mah-Jong Fight Club Tokubetsu Setzukou Kyoku and its by Mah-Jong Fight Club (wac, Tatsh, Tomosuke...)
