If you try to clean it off with your shirt or something, it'll just smear it and make it a more... "defined" smudge. | That'll happen on most phones with nice displays (Blackberry, Palm, Sidekick, RAZR and the like). You just have to get a nice cleaning cloth and be gentle when cleaning the display off.
