Buying up domains and selling them to do whatever you please is a legitimate business. All in all I say this is a fine move on Steve's behalf to purchase a competitors domain and use it for his own purposes.

After all, this is survival of the fittest, don't you know? Or are you bemanitards too fanboyish to comprehend such a concept?
When the competitor exists and sells the same product and you use their name as your URL, even if it is an alternate, it's copyright infringement and a "bait and switch" tactic. If Pepsi were to purchase Coca-Cola.com and redirect it to their site because Coke only registered CocaCola.com, they'd be in a legal world of shit.

The same happened to an old Dreamcast scene site that registered the URL "dcsega.com", they received a C&D from Sega of America and with good reason. Someone typing in that URL might mistake their site for the official Sega Dreamcast site and take offense to the content, and the same goes here. If someone doesn't know better and goes to djdao.com, they may end up buying a Desktop Arcade controller by mistake. That's pretty shitty, even if that wasn't your intent.
