I've been eating & drinking well for the past month. Not really nutrition things, but eating less than I normally would. Having 3 main courses.
Granola bar for breakfast
Turkey sandwich or Lean Pocket for lunch
and whatever my mom makes for dinner, maybe either chicken or fish with a salad.
All I drink is water 4 - 5 bottles a day also I havn't had soda in about 3 weeks and counting.
