5 smaller meals are better than 3 minor meals, you end up eating less overall as well because you eat less and you aren't hungry and you tend not to have snacks because time between meals is short. Stick to water and make your own juices, cereal has high sodium so oats and stuff is better. Ice cream keeps you (me) happy.

And doing situps and crunches wont get rid of your belly fat, go take a jog.
