OK, I just plugged my PS2 (slim) back in, and the little red light came on fine. But when I turn the console on, the little red light goes green for about half a second, then returns to red... fan doesn't come on, laser doesn't move... Dead.

Does anyone know of any fixes/repairs for this? I've tried googling but didn't get very far...

The console is not chipped, hasn't been dropped, and well looked after. I've been using Swap Magic with it now flawlessly for about a year .

EDIT: It's been opened.. so no warranty.
