Well, it could be one of two things. One, since you have a sandisk flashdrive, you may have not uninstalled U3 on it, and the machine won't read from it if you don't have it uninstalled. Second, I've heard most machines have trouble reading flash drives that are over 2 GBs, so that might be your problem.
