Along Beyond the Earth and Sayonara Heaven (both of which I know appeared in IIDX), I believe Nekomata Master has three other songs exclusive to Pop'n thus far (but I don't play IIDX so I might be wrong); Forest Snow (月雪に舞う花のように), Genso Suikoden V (女王騎士) and Celtic Wind (Caring Dance).
The similarities are definitely still there.
